“Hi! I’m Audie Rogers the VP Learning and Development. In this role I help our members grow personally and academically during their time in Zeta Tau Alpha. I mainly focus on fostering a positive learning environments of our history for the new members. One of the fun events I get to plan is 2025 Bid Day- some would say the biggest day of the year! My team and I have been working since January to make the entire new member process enjoyable. Our goal is for the new members to have a smooth transition and find all of the love ZTA has given us! I absolutely cannot wait to meet all of the new members coming in and help them navigate this new journey, it’s going to be a blast! ”
